中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎临床观察

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

目的探讨中西医结合治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床效果。方法选择2020年7月—2021年7月,在北京康益德中西医结合肺科医院门诊治疗的72例确诊为过敏性鼻炎的患者,取得知情同意后随机分为对照组和观察组,各36例。对照组使用常规西医治疗,观察组在西药治疗基础上加用穴位拔罐、穴位贴敷治疗。1个月为1个疗程,随访6个月,比较两组近、远期疗效差异。结果两组患者近期疗效比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组远期疗效为91.7%(33/36),高于对照组的70.6%(24/34)(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法防治过敏性鼻炎效果确切,能有效改善患者临床症状,值得推广应用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment of allergic rhinitis.Methods From July 2020 to July 2021,72 patients with allergic rhinitis in Beijing Kangyide Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Pulmonary Hospital were randomly divided into control group(36 cases)and observation group(36 cases)in the case of known and agreement.The control group was given conventional Western medicine treatment,and the observation group was given the acupoint cupping and acupoint application treatment on the basis of the control group.A course of treatment was one month,followed up for six months,and the short-term and long-term curative effects of two groups were compared.Results There was no significant difference in the short-term efficacy between the two groups(P>0.05).The long-term efficacy of the observation group was 91.7%(33/36),which was higher than that of the control group(70.6%,24/34)(P<0.05).Conclusion The treatment of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine is effective in preventing and treating allergic rhinitis,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and is worth popularizing.
