药枕减轻下肢骨折术后肿胀疼痛的护理观察

Effect of Chinese Medicine Pillow on Reducing Postoperative Swelling and Pain of Lower Limb Fractures

目的探讨中药药枕减轻下肢骨折术后患者患肢肿胀疼痛的临床效果。方法采用随机数字表法将2020年6月—2022年12月于赣州市中医院就诊的60例下肢骨折术后患者分为两组,各30例,均给予中医骨伤科常规护理。对照组采用普通枕头抬高患肢,观察组采用中药药枕抬高,均连续干预7 d。对比两组术后1、3、5、7 d患肢肿胀度、疼痛程度及肿胀消失时间、疼痛缓解时间,并分析护理满意度。结果术后1 d两组肿胀度、视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、5、7 d两组肿胀度、VAS评分均低于术后1 d且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组肿胀消失时间和疼痛缓解时间短于对照组,护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药药枕有利于减轻下肢骨折患者术后患肢肿胀疼痛,促进肿胀消失及疼痛缓解,提高患者护理满意度,具有广阔的应用前景。

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine pillow on reducing swelling and pain of affected limbs after lower limb fracture surgery.Methods Sixty postoperative patients with lower limb fractures admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2022 were divided into two groups using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.Both groups were given routine care in traditional Chinese medicine orthopedics and traumatology.The control group used ordinary pillows to lift the affected limbs,while the observation group used traditional Chinese medicine pillows to lift the affected limbs.Both groups received continuous intervention for 7 days.Compare the degree of limb swelling,pain level,swelling disappearance time,and pain relief time between two groups of patients on the 1st,3rd,5th,and 7th day after surgery,and analyze the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in swelling degree and visual analogue scale(VAS)score between the two groups on the 1st postoperative day(P>0.05).The swelling degree and VAS score of the two groups on the 3rd,5th,and 7th day after surgery were lower than those on the 1st day after surgery,and the swelling degree and VAS score of the observation group on the 3rd,5th,and 7th day after surgery were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The swelling disappearance time and pain relief time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group,and nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Traditional Chinese medicine pillow is beneficial for reducing postoperative limb swelling and pain in patients with lower limb fractures,promoting swelling disappears and pain relief,and improving patient nursing satisfaction.It has broad application prospects.
