中医治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Hashimoto’s Thyroiditis

综述中医治疗桥本氏甲状腺炎(HT)的研究进展,在检索近年来文献的基础上,从HT的病因病机、内治法、外治法、内外治结合方面,探讨中医治疗HT的优势。中医通过整体分析、辨证论治等手段在改善甲状腺激素水平、甲状腺抗体滴度水平、甲状腺肿大程度及生活质量上均有一定作用,且安全性高,因此在治疗HT时可充分发挥中医的优势。

The research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis was reviewed.On the basis of searching the literature in recent years,the etiology and pathogenesis,internal treatment,external treatment and combination of internal and external treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis were reviewed to explore the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.Traditional Chinese medicine plays a certain role in improving the level of thyroid hormone,the titer of thyroid antibody,the degree of goiter and the quality of life by means of overall analysis and dialectical treatment.Therefore,it can give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis.
