新医科背景下针灸推拿专业多维育人模式构建研究

Research on the Construction of Multidimensional Education Model of Acupuncture and Massage Specialty under the Background of New Medicine

为积极响应“新医科”建设号召,文章通过总结针灸推拿专业育人模式现状,构建起针灸推拿专业多维度“一三三六”育人模式,即制定1个培养目标、建立3个维度、解决3方面问题、采取6种方法。6种方法包括构建“双师型”师资队伍、修订人才培养方案、主编出版国家规划教材、打造智能学习平台、改革立项评价方法以及完善质量保障体系。此模式主要体现出4层次融合内涵,即医教融合、专思融合、教科创融合、产学研融合,为实现新医科建设背景下“立德树人,筑基精术”的人才培养目标提供新思路、新方法。

In order to actively respond to the construction policy of“new medicine”,a multi-dimensional“one three three six”education model of acupuncture and massage specialty was established by summarizing the current situation of the education model of acupuncture and massage specialty.That is,to formulate a training goal,establish three dimensions,solve three problems,and adopt six methods,including building a“double qualified”teaching team,revising the talent training plan,editing and publishing national planning textbooks,creating an intelligent learning platform,reforming the project evaluation method,and improving the quality assurance system.This model mainly reflected the integration of four levels,namely,the integration of medicine and education,the integration of expertise and thinking,the integration of education,science and innovation,and the integration of industry,university and research.It provided new ideas and methods for realizing the talent training goal of“building virtue,cultivating talents,building foundation and refining skills”under the background of the construction of new medicine.
