高职中医康复守正创新技术型人才培养思考——以重庆护理职业学院为例

Reflection on the Cultivation of Innovative and Technical Talents in Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation——Taking Chongqing Nursing Vocational College as an Example

“中医药学是中国古代科学的瑰宝,也是打开中华文明宝库的钥匙”,中医康复属于传统医学的一部分。进入新时代以来,中医药发展成就卓著,但也面临基础薄弱、传承不足等问题。习近平总书记就新时代中医药发展思路作了“传承精华,守正创新”的精辟论述。结合当前国内职业教育改革情况以及在教育教学中所做的尝试积累,文章分别从高职中医康复技术专业人才培养目标、课程设置、教学方法、考核方式、思政教育等方面进行思考,突出培养过程中传统与现代康复融合创新,培养一批通晓中医基本理论、康复知识及实践能力的复合型人才。

Traditional Chinese medicine is not only the treasure of ancient Chinese science,but also the key to open the treasure house of Chinese civilization.Traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation is part of the traditional Chinese medicine.Since entering the new era,the development of traditional Chinese medicine has made outstanding achievements,but also faces problems such as weak foundation and insufficient inheritance.General Secretary Xi Jinping made an incisive exposition on the development of traditional Chinese medicine in the new era,that is inheriting the essence,innovating on the basis of what has worked in the past.Combing with the current domestic vocational education reform situation and the accumulation of attempts made in education and teaching,this article separately thought about the training goals,curriculum settings,teaching methods,assessment methods,ideological and political education of higher vocational traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation technology professionals,highlighting the integration and innovation of traditional and modern rehabilitation in the training process to cultivate a group of compound talents who are familiar with the theory,rehabilitation knowledge and practical ability of traditional Chinese medicine.
