可追溯系统在PCB企业仓库管理中的应用研究

摘要 随着电子产品的不断发展,对于印制电路板(printedcircuitboard,PCB)质量和可追溯性的要求也越来越高,一方面是IATF16949等体系对于标识和可追溯控制程序的要求,另一方面企业需要保证产品质量稳定可靠,以提升客户体验。主要介绍了可追溯性系统在PCB仓库管理中的实际应用,通过应用物料管理系统、企业资源计划系统和出货管理系统,利用二维码技术,对物料、生产过程和成品进行对应规则的标识和管控,从而有效实现物料批次管理、先进先出控制、过程品质控制以及成品生产追溯,并实现全流程一键查询追溯。该系统可以有效提升可追溯性管理水平。 With the continuous development of electronic products,the requirements for printed circuit board(PCB)quality and traceability are also increasing.On the one hand,it is the requirements of the IATF16949 and other certificate systems for identification and traceability control procedures.On the other hand,enterprises need to ensure stable and reliable production,improve product quality and customer experience.This paper mainly introduces the practical application of traceability system in PCB warehouse management.Through the application of material management system,enterprise resource planning system and shipment management system,by using QR code technology,corresponding rules are identified for materials,production processes and finished products,so as to effectively achieve material batch management,first-in-first-out control,process quality control,and finished product production traceability,and the full process can be traced by one-click query.Moreover,the management level of traceability is also effectively improved.
