混合式教学模式在继续医学教育中的应用

摘要 继续医学教育是医务人员持续发展和提供优质医疗服务的基础,也是其保持专业执业能力的重要途径。在“健康中国战略”的指挥棒下,提高继续医学教育质量,培养丰富的高层次的医学人次是当务之急。混合式教学模式是将传统面对面教学与在线学习相结合,为学生提供更灵活、多样性的学习体验。文章结合继续医学教育的现状,在“互联网+”背景下,探讨混合式教学模式在继续医学教育中的应用,旨在为继续医学教育提供多样化的学习方式和学习资源,达到更好的教学效果,开创新时代继续医学教育新局面,从而促进医务人员的专业发展和知识更新,提高医疗团队整体素质,以提供更安全、高质量的医疗服务。 Continuing medical education is the foundation for the continuous development of medical personnel and the provision of high-quality medical services,as well as an important means for maintaining their professional competence.Under the guidance of the“Healthy China”strategy,improving the quality of continuing medical education for adults and cultivating a rich pool of high-level medical professionals are urgent priorities.Blended learning combines traditional face-to-face teaching with online learning to provide students with a more flexible and diverse learning experience.This article,based on the current status of continuing medical education for adults,explores the application of blended learning in this field against the backdrop of the“Internet Plus”era.The aim is to provide diversified learning methods and resources for continuing medical education achieve better teaching outcomes,and usher in a new era of continuing medical education.This will promote the professional development and knowledge updating of medical personnel,enhance the overall quality of medical teams,and ultimately provide safer and higherquality medical services.
