中枢神经递质与内分泌激素联合检测在抑郁症诊疗中的应用

Application of Combined Detection of Central Neurotransmitters and Endocrine Hormones in Diagnosis and Therapy of Depression

目的 探讨中枢神经递质与内分泌激素联合检测在抑郁症诊疗中的应用效果。方法 收集2021年12月—2023年6月佛山市第三人民医院收治的50例抑郁症患者作为研究组;另选50例健康体检者为对照组。比较两组5-羟色胺(5-hydroxytryptamine,5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(norepinephrine,NE)、促肾上腺皮质激素(adrenocorticotrophic hormone,ACTH)、皮质醇(cortisol,COR)水平;并使用受试者工作特征(area under receiver operating characteristic,ROC)曲线分析5-HT、NE、ACTH、COR单独及联合检测抑郁症的诊断价值。结果 研究组5-HT、NE水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);ACTH、COR水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。ROC曲线分析结果显示,5-HT、NE、ACTH、COR单独及联合诊断抑郁症的曲线下面积值分别为0.661、0.742、0.892、0.894、0.915。结论 抑郁症患者5-HT、NE呈低表达,ACTH、COR呈高表达;通过检测以上指标水平可有助于诊断抑郁症及评价患者病情和预后。

Objective To explore the application effect of combined detection of central neurotransmitters and endocrine hormones in diagnosis and therapy of depression.Methods A total of 50 patients with depression from December 2021 to June 2023 admitted to Foshan Third People's Hospital were selected as the study group,and 50 healthy subjects were selected as the control group.The 5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),norepinephrine(NE),corticotropin(ACTH),and cortisol(COR) were compared between the two groups.The area under receiver operating characteristic(ROC) curve were used to analyze the diagnostic value of single and combined detection in depression patients.Results The levels of 5-HT and NE of study group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the levels of ACTH and COR were significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).ROC curve analysis showed that the area under the curve s of 5-HT,NE,ACTH,COR alone and combined diagnosis for depression were 0.661,0.742,0.892,0.894,and 0.915,respectively.Conclusion The depression patients showed low expression of 5-HT,NE and high expression of ACTH,COR.The detection of above indexes could help to diagnose and evaluate the condition and prognosis of patients.
