低强度脉冲超声研究现状及趋势的可视化分析

摘要 目的分析低强度脉冲超声(low-intensity pulsed ultrasound,LIPUS)的研究热点及未来发展趋势。方法采用CiteSpace及VOSviewer软件对中国知网(China National Knowledge Infrastructure,CNKI)数据库收录的以“低强度脉冲超声”为关键词的相关文献进行可视化分析。结果通过对纳入研究的288篇相关文献进行分析发现,相关研究的发文量总体呈上升趋势;发文量最高的基金机构、学术期刊杂志、学位论文发文机构、学术期刊发文机构分别是国家自然科学基金、中国组织工程研究杂志社、重庆医科大学、重庆医科大学附属口腔医院。发文量最多的研究者是陈文直。相关研究的关键词以“低强度脉冲超声”“骨折愈合”出现频率最高,相互之间联系紧密,关键词聚类分析显示11大聚类。相关研究的学科分布以外科、口腔科为主,神经科、妇产科等领域研究也在不断开展。结论LIPUS的应用方向从骨关节疾病,发展到滑膜炎、肌腱损伤等软组织疾病,近年来在周围神经损伤、脊髓损伤等神经系统疾病方向发展应用。目前国内的研究领域主要集中在应用基础类研究,临床应用相关研究偏少。各研究机构及研究人员相对独立,合作很少,未来有待进一步加强合作。作者预计LIPUS未来会在更多领域得到发展应用。 Objective To analyze the research hotspot and future development trend of low-intensity pulsed ultrasound(LIPUS).Methods CiteSpace and VOSviewer software were used to visualize and analyze the relevant literatures with the key words"low-intensity pulsed ultrasound"in the database of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI).Results Through the analysis of 288 relevant literatures included in the research,it was concluded that the number of publications of relevant researches was on the rise;the fund institutions,academic journals,dissertation issuing institution and academic journals publishing institution with the highest number of publications were the National Natural Science Foundation of China,Tissue Engineering Research Magazine of China,Chongqing Medical University and Stomatology Hospital Affiliated to Chongqing Medical University respectively.The most productive researcher was CHEN Wenzhi.The keywords of related studies,including"low-intensity pulsed ultrasound"and"fracture healing"had the highest frequency and were closely related to each other,the keyword cluster analysis showed 11 clusters.Related studies were mainly conducted in the departments of surgery and stomatology as well as in the fields of neurology,obstetrics and gynecology.Conclusion The application direction of LIPUS has developed from bone and joint diseases to soft tissue diseases such as synovitis and tendon injury;in recent years,it has been used in neurological diseases such as peripheral nerve injury and spinal cord injury.At present,the domestic research field is mainly focused on the preclinical medicine,but the clinical application related research is few.The research institutions and researchers are relatively independent and have little cooperation,which needs to be further strengthened in the future.In the future,LIPUS is expected to develop application in more fields by the authors.
