国内多发伤损伤控制护理相关研究的文献计量学分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的采用文献计量学方法,分析国内多发伤损伤控制护理相关研究,为提升护理人员多发伤救护水平提供参考。方法确定文献检索式,检索中国生物医学文献数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国知网学术文献数据库中与多发伤损伤控制护理相关文献,检索时间为各数据库建库至2021-12月。筛选文献并提取关键信息。结果经筛选共纳入84篇文献,发表于国内59个期刊。文献类型以病例分析及经验总结类为主,6篇文献获基金项目支持。共提取83个/组关键词,损伤部位主要为腹部、骨盆、胸部、颅脑;关键护理技术共计53项。结论我国多发伤损伤控制护理领域需深入探索。相关研究重点关注以腹部及骨盆损伤为主的多发伤,关键护理技术覆盖损伤控制各阶段,特殊护理模式值得借鉴。 Objective To analyze the domestic research on damage control nursing of multiple injuries by bibliometric analysis,so as to provide references for improving the nursing of multiple injuries provided by nursing personnel.Methods The literature retrieval formulas were determined and used in the databases of China Biology Medicine disc,China Science and Technology Journal Database,China National Knowledge Infrastructure to retrieve the literature on damage control nursing of multiple injuries.The retrieval period was from inception to December,2021.The literature was screened and key information was extracted.Results A total of 84 articles were included and published in 59 journals.The type of research was mainly case analysis or experience summary,and only 6 articles were supported by fund.A total of 83 keywords were summarized,and the main injury sites were abdomen,pelvis,chest and brain.Key nursing techniques were categorized into 53 items.Conclusion The field of damage control nursing of multiple injuries in China need further exploration.Relevant research mainly focuses on abdominal and pelvic injuries,key techniques cover all stages of damage control,and special nursing models are worth learning from.
