HPV感染与膀胱癌相关性的研究进展

Research progress on the correlation between HPV infection and bladder cancer

膀胱癌是泌尿系统常见的恶性肿瘤之一。相关研究指出,人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染可能与膀胱癌的发生发展有一定的病因相关性。然而,HPV感染与膀胱癌之间的关系仍存在争议和不确定,至今仍未达成共识。因此,本文收集整理相关文献资料,阐述HPV在膀胱肿瘤的致病机制,综述HPV感染与膀胱癌的流行病学和病理特征研究,为膀胱癌的早诊早治提供理论依据和新的思路。

Bladder cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the urinary system. Relevant studies have pointed out that human papillomavirus(HPV) infection may have some etiological correlation with the occurrence and development of bladder cancer. However, the relationship between HPV infection and bladder cancer is still controversial and uncertain, and no consensus has been reached so far. Therefore, this article collects and collates relevant literature, expounds the pathogenic mechanism of HPV in bladder cancer, reviews the epidemiological and pathological characteristics of HPV infection and bladder cancer, in order to provide theoretical basis and new ideas for early diagnosis and treatment of bladder cancer.
