科学史观视域下的中医原创思维及其实践应用

Classic examination of traditional Chinese medicine original thinking and practical application under the view of scientific history

中医原创思维表现为“取象运数,形神一体,气为一元”的整体思维模式,以科学精神体现人文关怀的思维内涵。中医理论的科学性体现于朴素唯物主义自然哲学观,从现代科学史观角度可以审视中医原创思维的模式及其特征,总结其在实践运用中发展的逻辑进路。推进中医现代化要回归人文主义新中医,建立“致中和”的发展新模式;拓展预防理念新中医,建立“治未病”的发展新模式;发展辨证施治新中医,建立“新个性”的发展新模式。

The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)original thinking is manifested as the overall thinking mode of‘taking the image and luck,the unity of form and god,and the unity of qi',which embodies the connotation of humanistic care with the spirit of science.The scientific nature of TCM theory is embodied in the naive materialism of natural philosophy,and from the perspective of modern scientific history,we can examine the patterns and characteristics of TCM original thinking,and summarize its logical approach to development in practical application.To promote the modernization of Chinese medicine,it is necessary to return to the humanistic new Chinese medicine and establish a new development model of‘Zhi zhong he';Expand the concept of prevention and new Chinese medicine,establish a new development model of‘preventive treatment';develop a new Chinese medicine for dialectical treatment and establish a new development model of‘new personality'.
