眼针眶内直刺安全性与解剖学结构的探讨

摘要 眼针疗法是一种微针疗法,该针法因其独特的优势而广泛应用于临床。眶内直刺为其针刺手法之一,虽然疗效确切,但临床应用较少,原因在于眼部解剖结构复杂,针刺后出血可能性较大,患者接受程度较低等。现行的眼针眶内直刺操作规范对其针刺安全性没有作出明确规定,缺乏解剖学数据证明其安全范围。现通过查阅相关资料,从古代医家对危险穴的认识和田维柱教授的相关临床经验角度,在现代解剖学认识的基础上,厘定眼球与眼眶之间解剖间距,寻找眶内直刺的针刺方向、进针点、进针深度,以期对眶内针刺操作规范进行补充,为临床医师提供参考依据,使眶内直刺得到更广泛的应用。 Eye acupunctu re is a kind of micro acupuncture therapy,which is widely used in clinic because of its unique advantages.Direct orbital puncture is one of acupuncture techniques of eye acupuncture,although the curative effect of orbital direct acupuncture was exact,its clinical application was less.It was found that the reason was that the ocular anatomical structure was complex,the possibility of bleeding after acupuncture was large,and the acceptance of patients was low.The current operation specification of orbital direct needling of eye acupuncture has not made clear provisions on its acupuncture safety,and there is a lack of anatomical data to prove its safety range.Now,by consulting relevant materials,from the perspective of ancient doctors'understanding of dangerous points and TIAN Weizhu's relevant clinical experience,and on the basis of modern anatomical understanding,determine the anatomical distance between the eyeball and the orbit,and look for the acupuncture direction,entry point and entry depth of orbital direct needling,in order to supplement the operational norms of orbital acupuncture,provide reference for clinicians,and make orbital direct needling more widely used.
