摘要
目的:藏药矿物药传统性状评价结合成分定性、定量,拓展藏药“铜灰”质量评价指标,优化“铜灰”炮制工艺参数。方法:藏药“铜灰”质地、色泽等传统评价结合X射线衍射联合电感耦合等离子谱分析(XRD-ICP)定性、定量,以Cu_(2)S含量为主要指标,以助煅物量、煅灰温度、煅灰时间为考察因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))正交法优化“铜灰”炮制工艺参数,并通过SEM-EDX验证优化指标选取的准确性与可取性。结果:经优化的“铜灰”制作工艺条件包括:助煅物重为铜的3倍,煅灰温度700℃,煅灰时间2 h,此时成灰样品中Cu_(2)S含量最高,且指标可取。结论:在传统煅灰工艺流程基础上优选的“铜灰”炮制工艺参数能节约成本、安全可行,同时科学地拓展了“铜灰”质量的传统评价指标,为“铜灰”炮制的有效性和安全性提供了实验依据。
Objective:To expand the quality evaluation indexes and optimize the‘cooper ash'processing process parameters by combining traditional character evaluation and component qualitative and quantitative analysis.Methods:By combining the traditional evaluation of texture and color of the Tibetan medicine'copper ash'and XRD-ICP qualitative and quantitative analysis,with the Cu_(2)S content as the primary indicator,and the amount of cineration catalyst,cineration temperature and cineration time as the considerations,we adopted the L_(9)(3^(4))orthogonal method to optimize the‘copper ash'processing process parameters and verified the accuracy and advisability of the to-be-optimized indexes through SEM-EDX.Results:The optimized'copper ash'production process conditions include:the cineration catalyst is 3 times as heavy as copper,the cineration temperature is 700 C,the cineration time is 2 hours,and the ash sample has the highest Cu_(2)S content and the indexes are advisable at the moment.Conclusion:The optimized'copper ash'processing process parameters based on the traditional cineration process are cost-saving,safe and feasible,scientifically expand the traditional evaluation indexes of copper ash'quality,and provide experimental evidences for the validity and safety of‘copper ash'processing.
