摘要
人工智能赋能思想政治教育是智能科学应用技术发展的必然,为思想政治教育带来了广阔发展前景。但人工智能赋能思想政治教育的同时还隐匿着伦理风险,呈现出主体地位消解与情感疏离、算法推荐与学生个性发展异化、个人隐私泄露与权责不清等多方面的伦理风险样态。其生成原因在于其与相关主体的技术素养欠缺、人工智能算法技术自身的局限、伦理制度和政策法规的滞后等有着密切关联。为防范和规避这些风险,需要“以人为本”构建新型师生伦理空间、“以术为用”增强智能思政的技术治理、“以法为界”构建智能思政大数据责任伦理规制,推进做好人工智能赋能思想政治教育伦理风险的防范工作。
Ideological and political education enabled by artificial intelligence is the inevitable development of intelligent science application technology,which brings broad prospects for ideological and political education.However,while AI empowers ideological and political education,it also hides ethical risks,showing many ethical risks such as the dissolution of subject status and alienation of emotion,algorithm recommendation and alienation of students personality development,personal privacy disclosure and unclear rights and responsibilities.By analyzing the causes of its generation,it is believed that it is closely related to the lack of technical literacy of related subjects,the limitations of artificial intelligence algorithm technology,the lag of ethical system and policies and regulations and other causes.In order to prevent and avoid these risks,it is necessary to construct a new type of ethics space for teachers and students on“people-oriented”,enhance the technical governance of intelligent thinking and politics“with skills as the application”,construct the ethical regulation of intelligent thinking and politics big data responsibility“with law as the boundary”,and promote the prevention of ethical risks of artificial intelligence enabling ideological and political education.
