摘要
智能化时代对高校教师角色行为提出更高要求,理想状态下高校教师是深度学习的合作者、教育技术的探索者、社会转型的推动者。当前,高校教师实然角色主要在知识结构与创新研究能力、对待技术与人的态度、多重角色平衡等方面存在问题。针对现实问题和已有条件,高校教师应加强学习反思、提升数字胜任力,思考技术应用边界、发扬教师价值理性,坚守教育者基本底色、在多重角色中寻求平衡,以顺应时代变革,在智能化时代彰显高校教师职业价值。
The era of intelligence puts forward higher requirements for the role behavior of college teachers.Ideally,college teachers are deep learning collaborators,educational technology explorers,and social transformation promoters.This paper analyzes the existing problems in knowledge structure,innovative research ability,attitude towards technology and people,multi-role balance and so on.In view of practical problems and existing conditions,teachers in colleges and universities should strengthen their learning and reflection to improve their digital competence,think deeply the boundary of technology application to develop teachers value rationality,adhere to the basic background of educators and seek balance in multiple roles,in order to adapt to the changes of the Times,and highlight the professional value of college teachers in the era of intelligence.
