新商科应用型人才质量评价:逻辑向度与实践进路

The Logical Dimension and Practical Approach of Quality Evaluation of Applied Talents in New Business

摘要 数字经济背景下,培养符合商业环境格局新变化和区域社会经济发展新需求的应用型商科人才是高校商科教育改革发展的重要目标。认识新商科人才培养“应然”和“实然”本质的过程,唯有借助评价的“有形之手”对“应然”假设理论指导下的人才培养目标、模式和方法的“实然”进行验证。探索具有时代特色的新商科应用型人才质量评价,应遵循评价认识、价值、主客体和伦理的四重逻辑向度,从统一“原点——远点”的增值评价、构建融合情境的评价指标体系、搭建多元化主体协同参与的桥梁、实现主动的评价结果反馈循环等方面入手,发挥评价的导向功能,促进人才培养质量的提升。 Under the background of digital economy,it is an important goal for the reform and development of business education in colleges to cultivate application-oriented business talents that meet the new changes of business environment and the new needs of regional social and economic development.The process of understanding the essence of"should be"and"to be"of new business talents training,can only verify the"to be"of talent training objectives,models and methods under the guidance of"should be"hypothesis theory with the help of the"tangible hand"of evaluation.To explore the quality evaluation of new business applied talents with the characteristics of the times,it should follow the four logical dimensions of evaluation cognition,value,subject and object,and ethics;and start from the aspects of unifying the value-added evaluation of"origin-far point",constructing the evaluation index system of integration situation,building a bridge for the cooperative participation of multiple subjects,and realizing the feedback cycle of active evaluation results,so as to give play to the guiding function of evaluation and promote the improvement of talent training quality.
