立德树人视域下高校第二课堂教育教学的现实困境与优化路径

The Realistic Dilemma and Optimisation Path of Second Class Education and Teaching in Colleges and Universities under the Perspective of Building Strong Moral Character

摘要 随着全国高校思想政治教育工作的不断深化,高校“第二课堂”的育人理念和实践方法也需要在此基础上不断创新。大思政视域下,为提高第二课堂的育人成效,促进学生的全面发展与健康成长,要坚持主体与主导的有机统一、坚持五育并举价值的有效深化、坚持育人合力的有序协调以提高学生的思想政治素质。坚持以立德树人为根本任务,将三全育人教育理念落到实处,依托第二课堂育人载体,实现有效育人合力的同时促进学生知行合一、德才兼备、五育并举。“第二课堂”教育不仅是高校思想政治教育工作的着力点,也是新时代青年大学生成长成才高质量发展的必然选择。 With the deepening of ideological and political education in colleges and universities across the country,the cultivation concepts and practical methods of the second classroom in colleges and universities also need to be constantly innovated on this basis.Under the perspective of"Great Ideology and Politics",in order to improve the effectiveness of the second classroom educating people and promote the comprehensive development and healthy growth of students,it is necessary to insist on the organic unity of the main body and the leading body,the effective deepening of the value of the five simultaneous education,and the orderly coordination of educating people in order to improve the ideological and political quality of the students.Adhering to the educational leadership of building strong moral character,the three-wide education concepts into practice,relying on the second classroom education carrier to achieve effective parenting synergy,it could promote the unity of knowledge and action of the students,morality and talent,the five educations simultaneously.The second classroom education is not only the focus of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,but also an inevitable choice for the growth and quality development of young college students in the new era.
