大型国际体育赛事医疗保障定点医院护理保障体系的构建与实践

Construction and practice of the hospital nursing security system for large-scale international sports events

医疗保障是大型国际体育赛事顺利举行的重要组成部分。文章总结了杭州第19届亚运会和第4届亚残运会医疗保障过程中某三级甲等综合医院在护理保障人员选拔与培训、启动院内护理保障团队、建立院内一站式护理服务流程、护理质量控制与管理共4个方面工作。在构建院内护理保障体系的基础上,高效、精准地完成了大型国际体育赛事的医疗护理保障工作,为今后同类型国际体育赛事的医疗保障工作提供参考和借鉴。

Hospital nursing security system is an important part of the smooth running of large-scale international sports events.In this paper,we summarized the four aspects of the selection and training of nursing support staff,the initiation of nursing support team,the establishment of one-stop Nursing Service process,and the quality control and management in a general hospital during the process of medical security for the 19th Asian Games Hangzhou and the 4th Asian Para Games Hangzhou 2022.The construction of the hospital nursing security system provided efficient and accurate nursing care for international large-scale sports events.It is expected to provide reference for the future medical security work of similar international sports events.
