How to promote the high-quality development of vocational education to meet economic and social development and the needs of the people?On the occasion of the National People's Congress and the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference,this journal invited some representatives of the Two Sessions to discuss the development of vocational education.They provide suggestions for building a power⁃ful nation in education,promoting general-vocational education integration,industry-education integration,science-education integration,and developing high-quality vocational education from the perspectives of top-level design to implementation,development of new quality productive forces,deep integration of indus⁃try and education,construction of modern vocational education system,and training of high skilled talents and vocational teachers.
