摘要
在系统寿命研究中,由于数据的不可缺陷性等原因容易出现系统数据被屏蔽的现象,因此对系统进行有效的统计分析和估计具有重要的意义。针对2个元件串联系统且有屏蔽发生的场合,元件寿命服从两参数Maxwell分布且形状参数已知,给出了刻度参数的极大似然估计与近似区间估计,并从理论上证明了该极大似然估计的存在与唯一性,最后通过2个Monte Carlo模拟算例说明了方法的可行性。
In the study of system life,the phenomenon of shielding of system data is likely to occur due to the non-defective nature of the data,so it is of great significance to carry out effective statistical analysis and estimation of the system.The maximum likelihood estimation and approximate interval estimation of scale parameters are given for a system with two components in series and shielding,where the life of the components is subject to two-parameter Maxwell distribution and the shape parameters are known.The existence and uniqueness of the maximum likelihood estimation are proved theoretically.Finally,the feasibility of the method is illustrated by two Monte Carlo simulation examples.
