摘要
室性早搏是心室起搏点异常引起的一种心律失常现象,用药为盐酸胺碘酮。介绍了以水杨醛、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、2-丁基苯并呋喃、2-碘苯酚、2-丁基-3-(4-羟基苯甲酰基)苯并呋喃、2-(2-醛基苯氧基)己酸甲酯和苯并呋喃酮为原料合成盐酸胺碘酮及其中间体的11种合成方法。逐渐发明出具有更高纯度产率、合成及废料处理更简单的生产路线。
Ventricular premature beat is a kind of arrhythmia phenomenon caused by abnormal excitation of ventricular pacemaker.The drug is amiodarone hydrochloride.Eleven synthetic methods of amiodarone hydrochloride and its intermediates were introduced,using salicylaldehyde,methyl p-hydroxybenzoate,2-butyl benzofuran,2-iodophenol,2-butyl-3-(4-hydroxybenzoyl)benzofuran,2-(2-aldehyde phenoxy)hexanoate methyl ester and benzofuranone as raw materials.A synthesis method and production route with higher purity,higher yield,simpler synthesis and waste disposal was gradually invented.
