摘要
金属有机骨架材料(Metal-organic Frameworks, MOFs)自诞生以来,便因其兼有无机材料的刚性和有机材料柔性的特征优势成为了科学家们研究的热门,但时至今日MOFs材料在医疗行业的大规模使用还未能实现。首先对MOFs材料进行了概述,然后就近些年来MOFs材料在医疗行业中几种较为突出的研究与应用进行了总结归纳,最后对其生物毒理性进行了探究,并更进一步展望了MOFs材料在医疗领域未来的发展方向。
Since the birth of Metal-organic Frameworks(MOFs),it has become a hot research topic for its characteristic advantages of both the rigidity of inorganic materials and the flexibility of organic materials,but the large-scale use of MOFs materials in the medical industry has not been realized until now.Firstly,MOFs materials were summarized,and then several outstanding research and application of MOFs materials in the medical industry in recent years were summarized.Finally,the biotoxicity of MOFs materials was explored,and the future development direction of MOFs materials in the medical field was further prospected.
