摘要
原部颁暂行标准HGB 3219-60《化学试剂溴化铜》中硫酸盐的测定用的是“重量分析法”,此法操作繁琐,耗时较长。现对溴化铜中硫酸盐的测定方法进行改进,由原来的“重量分析法”改为“目视比浊法”。经过多次实验,验证了用“目视比浊法”比“重量分析法”更准更快,由原来的当天不能得出结果到现在只需约30 min即可得到结论,提高了工作效率,更好的为生产把握质量关。
The determination of sulfate in chemical reagent copper bromide(HGB 3219-60)was carried out by gravimetric method,which was cumbersome and time-consuming.The determination method of sulfate in copper bromide was improved,which was changed from gravimetric method to visual turbidimetric method.After many experiments,it was verified that“visual turbidimetric method”was more accurate and faster than“gravimetric analysis method”.It only took about 30 min to get the conclusion from the original day could not get the result,which improved the work efficiency and better grasp the quality of production.
