述情障碍对问题性手机使用的影响:自尊和主观幸福感的序列中介作用

Impact of alexithymia on problematic mobile phone use:The sequence mediating effect of self-esteem and subjective well-being

目的:探讨大学生述情障碍、自尊、主观幸福感和问题性手机使用之间的关系及其内在作用机制。方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表、自尊量表、主观幸福感量表和智能手机成瘾量表简版对514名大学生施测。结果:1述情障碍、自尊、主观幸福感和问题性手机使用4个因素间存在显著相关(r=-0.25~0.54,P<0.01)。2自尊和主观幸福感在述情障碍和手机成瘾间起序列中介作用,中介效应值为0.04,占总效应的22.22%。结论:述情障碍不仅可以直接作用于大学生问题性手机使用行为,还可以通过自尊和主观幸福感对其问题性手机使用行为产生间接作用。

Objective:Exploring the relationship and underlying mechanisms between college students'alexithymia,self-esteem,subjective well-being,and problematic mobile phone use.Methods:A total of 514 college students were surveyed with Short Version of the Smart Phone Addiction Scale,Toronto Alexithymia Scale,Self-Esteem Scale and Subjective Well-Being Scale.Results:1Through correlation analysis we found that there were significant correlation among four factors:mobile phone addiction,alexithymia,well-being and self-esteem(r=-0.25~0.54,P<0.01).2Self-esteem and subjective well-being separately played a mediating role in alexithymia and mobile addiction among college students;self-esteem and subjective well-being played a chain-mediated role in alexithymia and mobile addiction among college students.The mediation effect value was 0.04,accounting for 22.22%of the total effect.Conclusion:Alexithymia can not only directly affect college students'problematic mobile phone use behavior,but also indirectly affect their problematic mobile phone use behavior through self-esteem and subjective well-being.
