摘要
消偏光源是针对特殊应用设计的一种光源,其输出光谱具有极低的偏振度(<5%),在光纤传感、光谱分析和医学成像等领域有着重要的作用。现行的规范、标准不适用于消偏光源的校准,其测试结果无法被有效地溯源,无法保证产品量值的一致性。探讨了消偏光源的计量特性、校准条件、校准项目、校准方法和校准结果,并列举了其在光学无源器件计量校准中的应用,发现消偏光源在无源器件的偏振消光比校准中,可去除偏振相关损耗及探测器对偏振敏感等因素影响,使得校准值稳定且准确。消偏光源能更好地反映消光比测试仪的性能指标,此研究可为消偏光源的校准和应用提供参考。
Depolarized light source is a kind of light source designed for special applications,and its putout spectrum has extremely low polarization(<5%),which plays an important role in the fields of fiber optic sensing spectral analysis,and medical imaging.The existing specifications and standards are not applicable to the calibration of defocused light sources,and the test results cannot be effectively traced and the consistency of product quantity values can not be guaranteed.The metrological characteristics,calibration conditions,calibration items,calibration methods and calibration results of the defocusing light source are discussed,and its application in the measurement and calibration of optical passive devices is also listed.It is found that the depolarizing light source can remove the influence factors of polarimetric loss and the sensitivity of detector to polarization in the calibration of the polarization extinction ratio of passive devices,so that the calibration value is stable and accurate.The depolarizing light source can better reflect the performance index of the extinction ratio tester,and this research can provide reference for the calibration and application of the depolarizing light source.
