An Automatic Analysis Method for the Gap Between the Outcome of Higher Education and Industrial Requirement

高等教育作为行业劳动力的主要提供者,因未能跟上数字革命与行业需求脱节而受到越来越多的批评,发展基于能力的教育可以解决上述问题。为弥合高等教育的产出与产业需求之间的差距,提出了一种评估教育产出与产业需求之间差距的方法。首先将行业职位所需的能力和高等教育课程的成果表示为简档。在构建简档的过程中,将上述领域中的概念和关系建模为语义Web本体。随后利用推理引擎执行简档的初步筛选,最后对候选简档进一步利用层次分析法进行匹配程度的计算。

As the main provider of industry labor,higher education has been increasingly criticized for failing to keep up with the digital revolution and being disconnected from industry demand.Developing capacitybased education can provide assistance in addressing these issues and bridging the gap between higher education outcome and industry demand.This paper proposes a method for evaluating the gap between educational outcomes and industrial demand.We first describe the capabilities required for industry positions and the outcomes of higher education courses as profiles.In the process of building profiles,we model the concepts and relationships in the aforementioned fields as semantic web ontologies.Subsequently,the inference engine is used to perform preliminary screening of profiles,and finally,the candidate profiles are further calculated for the matching degree using the Analytic Hierarchy Process.
