终身学习视域下图书馆馆员继续教育改革与创新

Reform and Innovation of Librarians’Continuing Education in the Perspective of Lifelong Learning

人工智能的广泛应用使人们的学习和生活方式发生了巨大变化,终身学习时代已然到来。从时代背景出发阐述终身学习理念,进而提出图书馆可为全民终身学习提供重要平台。图书馆馆员作为图书馆建设的重要组成部分,有必要进行终身学习提高整体素质以适应社会发展。通过终身学习视域下的现代图书馆馆员继续教育改革和创新模式分析,提出可行性应对方案,使图书馆馆员的综合素质与业务素质得到质和量的双重提升,以促进图书馆的建设与发展,为国家实施人才强国战略提供信息、资源保障。

The widespread application of artificial intelligence has brought about great changes in people’s learning lifestyle,and the era of lifelong learning has already arrived.The article elaborates the concept of lifelong learning from the background of the times,and then proposes that libraries can provide an important platform for lifelong learning for all.As an important part of library construction,librarians need to engage in lifelong learning to improve their overall quality to meet the development of society.Through the analysis of modern librarians’continuing education reform and innovation mode under the perspective of lifelong learning,we propose feasible solutions to improve the comprehensive quality and business quality of librarians both qualitatively and quantitatively,so as to promote the construction and development of libraries and provide information and resource guarantee for the national implementation of the strategy of strengthening the country with talents.
