摘要
随着教学改革的不断深入,研究性教学和以学生为中心的教学法已经成为课程教学的重要手段。以“香料香精品控学”课程为例,探讨了研究性教学和以学生为中心的教学法在该课程中的应用。具体包括课程前置阅读、研究性学习、课程报告、课程展示等方面的实施,以及以学生为导向的课程设计。同时也分析了香料香精技术与工程专业的培养目标和培养标准与研究性教学和以学生为中心的教学法之间的联系。最后提出了研究性教学和以学生为中心教学法的应用效果评估和未来教学改革的方向和探索。
With the continuous deepening of teaching reforms,research-based teaching and student-centered pedagogy have become crucial means in course instruction.Using the course Flavor and Fragrance Quality Control as a case study,this paper examines the application of research-based teaching and student-centered pedagogy in the context of this course.Specific aspects include pre-course readings,research-oriented learning,course presentations,and student-guided curriculum design.Additionally,the paper analyzes the alignment between the objectives and standards of training in Flavor and Fragrance Technology and Engineering and the implementation of researchbased teaching and student-centered pedagogy.Finally,the paper proposes an evaluation of the effectiveness of the application of research-based teaching and student-centered pedagogy,along with directions for future teaching reforms and exploration.
