数智赋能高校学生党建工作的实践与探索

Exploration of Practice in Digital and Intelligent Empowerment of University Student Party Construction Work

在当今大数据背景下,大学生党建工作面临着新的任务和挑战,如何推动易班融入党建工作,实现党建带易班、易班促党建的良好局面,这已是摆在高校工作者面前无法回避的时代命题。以上海海洋大学爱恩学院“易班+党建”网络思政研究工作室为例,通过对易班大数据应用于党建工作中的背景、问题进行分析,围绕具体方法、实践举措与取得的目标与成效进行剖析,探索形成“坚守一个宗旨、培育两支队伍、深耕三个领域”的创新理念,基于易班平台开展了一系列关于党建的有益研究和实践。

Under the background of today’s big data,the Party construction work of university students is facing new tasks and challenges.How to promote YIBAN into the Party construction work is the problem that university staff need to solve at present.The aim is to make the Party construction work promote YIBAN,YIBAN promote the Party construction work,and finally achieve a mutually promoting situation.This paper takes“YIBAN+Party Construction Work”online ideological and political education studio of AIEN Institute of Shanghai Ocean University as an example,analyzes the work background and problems of YIBAN big data applied to Party construction work,and analyzes the specific methods,practical measures,goals and effects achieved.The studio has explored and formed an innovative concept of adhering to one purpose,cultivating two teams as well as researching three fields,and a series of beneficial researches and practical activities on Party construction work has been implemented based on the YIBAN platform.
