合作与共赢:新四军营救美军飞行员探析(1944-1945)

全面抗战胜利前夕,基于中美合作,华中根据地掀起了救援失事飞行员的热潮。根据地军民依托中美展开的气象与通讯合作,为美方提供气象、军事等情报,减少不必要的坠机风险;在事发地不畏牺牲,积极施救,并与美方积极沟通,化解信任危机,确保飞行员被顺利营救。在护送飞行员归队时,坚持速度与隐蔽相结合,有效回避了日军的搜索,保障营救行动的顺利完成。另外,在飞行员居于根据地期间,新四军军民以高标准保障飞行员日常需求,体现根据地军民热情;开办各类欢迎活动,丰富飞行员日常生活;适时展开政治宣传,弘扬我党良好政治形象,使飞行员对中共印象有所改观。纵观营救历程,不仅包含着两国人民跨越国籍的深厚情感,亦对当下正确处理中美关系有着启示意义。

On the eve of the victory of the Comprehensive Anti-Japanese War,based on cooperation between China and the United States,there was a craze in the Central China Base Area to rescue crashed pilots.The military and civilians in the base areas rely on meteorological and communication cooperation between China and the United States to provide meteorological,military and other intelligence to the US side.During the period when pilots reside in the base area,the New Fourth Army military and civilians ensure the daily needs of pilots with high standards,organize various welcome activities to enrich the daily life of pilots,timely carry out political propaganda,promote the good political image of our party,and make pilots have a better impression of the Communist Party.Throughout the rescue process,it not only embodies the profound emotions of the two peoples crossing nationality,but also has enlightening significance for the correct handling of China US relations at present.
