摘要
随着新兴产业的兴起和新经济的发展,目前机器人工程等新工科人才培养体系存在教学资源不足、培养模式单一以及课程内容陈旧等问题,无法满足国家和产业发展对高素质新工科人才的需求。因此,湖南大学机器人工程专业立足国家战略和前沿产业需求,致力于培养多学科交叉型创新创业人才,提出了“三轴支撑—两链融合”的机器人工程专业人才培养体系。该模式自实施以来,在机器人工程领域人才培养方面取得了突出的应用成效,可供国内外高校借鉴。
With the rise of emerging industries and the development of new economy,the current training system in robot engineering cannot meet the national needs of the industrial development for high-quality New Engineering talents because of the problems of insufficient teaching resources,single training mode and outdated curriculum content.Therefore,based on the national strategy and the demand of frontier industry,the robot engineering major of Hunan University aims to cultivate interdisciplinary innovative and entrepreneurial talents,and proposes the robot engineering professional talent training system of“Three-Axis Support and Two-Chain Integration”.Since its implementation,it has achieved outstanding results in the field of robot engineering training,which can be used for reference by domestic and foreign universities.
