基于校企协同育人的学赛教一体化探索与实践——以材料类专业创新创业人才培养为例

摘要 针对材料类专业大学生创新创业意识引导不足、教育实践环节缺乏等问题,尝试利用产学协作、校级先期培育项目积累经验;以校级科技竞赛、国家“双创”项目为载体,探索如何将“课程思政、校企合作、赛事”融入“双创”人才培养;进而在省级、国家级“双创”大赛中检验成效。团队教师依托校企联合实验室,指导项目在第七届中国“互联网+”大赛中获得金奖,期待所总结的经验与建议能够对材料类本科专业的教学改革有促进作用。 The material majors suffer from insufficient guidance to the college students about the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,and the lack of practice training.Herein,college-enterprise cooperative teaching as well as preliminary cultivation programs of university is proposed for gaining experience at the beginning.Subsequently,through participation in science and technology competitions held by the university and national innovation and entrepreneurship training program for college students,the way of integrating the“curriculum ideology and politics,college-enterprise cooperation and competitions”into students’cultivation is explored.The effect of such cooperative teaching mode can be fully evaluated in the following provincial and national competitions.Taking advantage of the university-enterprise joint laboratory,the project developed by our team teachers achieved the gold award in the 7th China International College Students’“Internet+”Innovation and Entrepreneurship Competition.It is expected that the experience and suggestions can promote the teaching reform of material majors.
