非全日制专业硕士校外实践基地建设思考与探索

摘要 在国家深化研究生教育改革的新形势下,传统非全日制专业学位硕士实践教学模式存在一定的局限性。为了适应学生培养方式及学校特色的发展,需要在剖析现有问题的基础上,探索面向校企深度融合建设校外实践基地培养非全日制工程硕士的新模式。通过对现有非全日制硕士实践基地建设中存在的问题进行深入剖析,以校外实践基地构建为目标,从校企深度融合的长效机制、基地合作模式、考核方式等方面思考和探索培养方法,并以此为契机,考虑通过校企深度融合,实现企业与学校的优势互补,以项目为驱动,以实践带动,优化资源配置。推进以协同育人为宗旨,以社会需求为引领,以学科专业为核心,以提高应用型人才实践能力与综合素质为导向的非全日制专业硕士研究生培养。 Under the new situation of deepening the reform of postgraduate education in the country,the traditional part-time professional degree master’s practice teaching mode has certain limitations.In order to adapt to the development of training methods and school characteristics,it is necessary to explore a new model of training part-time engineering masters for the deep integration of schools and enterprises to build off-campus practice based on analyzing existing problems.Through in-depth analysis of the problems existing in the construction of existing part-time master’s practice bases,this study aims at the construction of off-campus practice bases,and considers and analyzes the long-term mechanism of deep integration of schools and enterprises,base cooperation models,and assessment methods.Taking this opportunity,we will consider the deep integration of schools and enterprises to realize the complementary advantages of enterprises and schools,and to optimize the allocation of resources by way of project-driven and practice-driven to promote the training of part-time postgraduates with the aim of educating people collaboratively,guided by social needs,with disciplines and majors as the core,and oriented to improve the practical ability and comprehensive quality of applied talents.It is of great significance to improve the quality of applied talents training.
