浅析矿业工程专业国际人才教育培养研究

Research on Cultivation of International Talent in Mining Engineering

近年来,随着“一带一路”建设的全面推进,越来越多的国内资源型企业去海外进行矿产资源的投资和开发,企业在人才梯队的培养和建设中,一方面要求企业内部的人才熟知国际规则、了解国际文化、参与国际事务,另一方面要求矿冶工程的技术人员具备专业的技能和丰富的经验。企业在用人政策上必须遵守当地的规章制度,如企业的员工中,当地人的数量必须达到一定比例。但其中的问题在于,具备矿冶工程专业技能和经验的当地员工比例相对较少,从而难以确保国内企业在国外生产的平稳运行。因此,亟须依托国内基础较强的高校,培养和输出矿冶工程专业的国际人才。探讨了中南大学矿业工程国际人才在培养背景、培养类别、培养进展、培养过程中存在的问题及改进方案。

In recent years,under the comprehensive promotion of the construction of“the Belt and Road”,an increasing number of domestic resource enterprises go overseas for mineral resources investment and development.In the training and construction of talent echelon,on the one hand,enterprises’internal talents are required to be familiar with international rules,understand international culture,participate in international affairs.On the other hand,mining and metallurgy engineering technicians are asked to be equipped with professional skills and rich experience.Enterprises must abide by the local rules and regulations in the employment policies,such as in the employees of the enterprise,the number of locals must reach a certain proportion.Among them,the proportion of local employees with professional skills and experience in mining and metallurgy engineering is relatively small,which is difficult to ensure the smooth operation of domestic enterprises in foreign production.Therefore,it is in urgent need to train and export international talents majoring in mining and metallurgy engineering by domestic universities with strong foundation.In this work,the education background,category and progress for international students majoring in mining engineering in Central South University were analyzed.The problems during education and possible solutions were also discussed.
