Research on Accuracy and Feasibility of High-sensitivity Immunofluorescence Technique in Animal Immune Antibody Detection

该研究旨在探讨高灵敏度免疫荧光技术在动物免疫抗体检测中的精准性与可行性。该技术利用高度特异性的抗体与待检测抗原结合,在荧光显微镜下产生特定荧光信号,从而实现对动物免疫抗体的快速、准确检测。该研究采用多种动物模型和不同抗体样本,系统评估该技术在动物免疫抗体检测中的表现。

The purpose of this study is to explore the precision and feasibility of high sensitivity immunofluorescence technique in the detection of animal immune antibodies.This technique uses highly specific antibodies to combine with the antigen to be detected to produce specific fluorescence signals under the fluorescence microscope,so as to realize the rapid and accurate detection of animal immune antibodies.Various animal models and different antibody samples were systematically evaluated in this study to assess the performance of this technology in the detection of animal immune antibodies.
