摘要
开展新型职业农民学历教育教学效果评价,为职业院校教学质量的评估提供切实可行的科学依据。该文构建教学效果、教学满意度、教学忠诚度和生产状况4个一级指标的新型职业农民学历教育教学效果评价体系,并采用多层模糊综合评价模型(AHP-FCE)进行实证检验。
The evaluation of the teaching effect of the new-type professional farmers'diploma education provides a practical and scientific basis for assessing the quality of teaching in vocational colleges.This paper constructs a new evaluation system of professional farmers'diploma education and teaching effect,which includes four first-level indicators:teaching effect,teaching satisfaction,teaching loyalty,and analytic hierarchy process-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation(AHP-FCE)method is employed to conduct the empirically test this system.
