乡村振兴视域下乡村治理现代化路径探析

新时代乡村治理现代化关系到乡村振兴,关系到农业农村现代化的建设,关系到农民的幸福感与获得感。要以系统思维来分析新时代乡村治理中存在的自治、法治、德治仍有短板、乡村治理体系不健全、关键主体弱化和人才短缺、乡村治理的系统化、精细化、信息化水平有待提升等问题。从加强党建引领、强化“三治”融合、强化人才力量、健全乡村治理体系等方面,着眼于新时代农业农村现代化建设目标,实现与时代发展相适应的乡村治理现代化。

The modernization of rural governance in the new era is related to rural revitalization,the construction of agricultural and rural modernization,and farmers'sense of well-being and achievement.It is necessary to use systematic thinking to analyze the problems existing in rural governance in the new era,such as autonomy,the rule of law,the rule of virtue,the imperfect rural governance system,the weakening of key subjects and the shortage of talents,and the systematization and refinement of rural governance.the level of information needs to be improved.From the aspects of strengthening the leadership of Party building,strengthening the integration of"Three-levelGovernance",strengthening the strength of talents,and perfecting the rural governance system,we should focus on the goal of agricultural and rural modernization in the new era and realize the modernization of rural governance in line with the development of the times.
