金属栅片作用下直流接触器电弧动态特性仿真研究

摘要 直流接触器电弧的动态特性对触头分断性能有重要影响。基于磁流体动力学(MHD)理论,建立金属栅片式电弧模型,赋予栅片鞘层假设,模拟实际工况。通过分析电弧温度、电流密度、气流场等因素,解释了电弧重燃现象,并研究了栅片不同倾斜角度对电弧重燃的影响。结果表明:电弧重燃的主要原因是熄弧后残留的高温气体产生的热电离,促进了局部放电和重击穿作用;改变栅片倾斜角度可以改变气流场和洛伦兹力作用方向,角度为20°时,重燃次数最少,燃弧时间最短。 Dynamic characteristics of DC contactor arc have an important influence on contact breaking performance.Based on magnetohydrodynamic(MHD)theory,the metallic grating sheet arc model is established,and the grid sheet sheath assumption is given to simulate the actual working conditions.The arc reignition phenomenon is explained by analyzing the arc temperature,current density,airflow field and other factors,and the effect of different tilt angles of the grid sheet on the arc reignition is studied.Results show that the main reason for arc reignition is the thermal ionization generated by the residual high-temperature gas after arc extinguishing,which promotes the partial discharge and re-breakdown.Changing the tilt angle of the grid sheet can change direction of the airflow field and the Lorentz force.When the angle is 20°,the number of arc reignition is the least and the arcing time is the shortest.
