摘要
目的 探讨基于计划行为理论分析军队医院文职护士入职行为意愿的影响因素。方法 于2021年10-11月,抽取15所军队医院的文职护士279名,采用自制的军队医院文职护士入职意向调查表对其进行问卷调查。结果 性别、年龄、单位所在城市类型、是否出于主观意愿、所受教育的影响、自我感知是军队医院文职护士入职行为意向的主要影响因素(P<0.05)。结论 基于计划行为理论的军队医院文职护士入职行为意向影响因素模型对行为意愿有较强的解释能力,可为军队医院护理管理者制定相应对策、提升文职护士的入职率提供参考和依据。
Objective To analyze the influencing factors of civil nurses'on-duty behavioral intention in military hospitals based on the theory of planned behavior.Methods From October to November 2021,a total of 279 civilian nurses from 15 military hospitals were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey with the self-designed induction intention questionnaire for civilian nurses in military hospitals.Results Gender,age,type of city where the unit was located,subjective intention,the influence of education,and self-perception were the main influencing factors of the behavioral intention of civilian nurses in military hospitals(P<0.05).Conclusions The influencing factor model of induction behavioral intention of civilian nurses in military hospital based on the theory of planned behavior has a strong ability to explain behavioral intention,which can provide reference and basis for nursing managers in military hospitals to formulate corresponding countermeasures to improve the induction rate of civilian nurses.
