钢筋锈蚀粘结削弱后轴心受压柱承载能力试验研究

摘要 通过去除钢筋周围粘结混凝土的方法来模拟钢筋锈蚀后粘结性能下降对柱抗压承载力的影响情况。研究发现:钢筋锈蚀程度对粘结力削弱的轴心受压柱的承载力影响较明显,在钢筋锈蚀不严重时,钢筋与混凝土的应变基本一致,柱破坏时两种材料强度能发挥出来;钢筋严重锈蚀时,混凝土应变滞后,柱破坏时混凝土的强度不能充分发挥出来,且钢筋锈蚀根数越多柱承载力下降越快;同时,随着粘结性能下降,柱破坏时裂缝的条数、长度及宽度都有所减少。根据试验研究结果,推导出粘结削弱轴心受压柱混凝土柱承载力计算方法。 The influence of the decrease of bond performance on the compressive bearing capacity of the column after the corrosion of the steel bar was simulated by removing the concrete around the steel bar.The results show that the corrosion degree of steel bar has obvious influence on the bearing capacity of axial compression column with weakened bonding force.When the corrosion of steel bar is not serious,the strain of steel bar and concrete is basically the same,and the strength of the two materials can be brought into play when the column is destroyed.When the steel bar is seriously corroded,the strain of concrete lags behind,and the strength of concrete cannot be fully exerted when the column is destroyed,and the more the number of corroded steel bars,the faster the bearing capacity of the column decreases.At the same time,with the decrease of bonding performance,the number,length and width of cracks in the column are reduced.According to the experimental results,the calculation method of bearing capacity of axial compression column after corrosion and bond weakening of steel bar was deduced.
