预应力装配式基础承载性能试验研究

摘要 在输电线路工程应用的过程中,一些地区受温度及风荷载的影响较大,这对于季节性大体积混凝土施工较为困难。针对以上工程难点,设计并制作了比例为1∶2的新型预应力装配式基础缩尺模型,对此缩尺模型进行了单调和往复荷载作用下力学性能试验研究。随后,通过软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟分析,并将数值模拟结果与试验结果进行了对比分析。结果表明:单调荷载作用下,施加到设计荷载时,基础失效,失效模式为基础上部法兰盘与基础柱产生脱开现象;往复荷载作用下,基础柱下部法兰盘与底板脱开,混凝土出现碎裂现象;在设计荷载作用下,该预应力装配式基础具有良好的承载能力和抵抗变形的能力。 In the process of transmission line engineering application,some areas are greatly affected by temperature and wind load,which is difficult for seasonal mass concrete construction.In view of the above engineering difficulties,a new scale model of prestressed prefabricated foundation with a ratio of 1∶2 was designed and made,and the mechanical properties of this scale model was experimentally studied under monotonous and reciprocating loads.Then,the software ABAQUS was used for numerical simulation analysis,and the results of numerical simulation were compared with the test results.The results show that under monotone load,the foundation fails when applied to the design load,and the failure mode is that the upper flange of the foundation is detached from the foundation column.Under the action of reciprocating load,the flange of the lower part of the foundation column is separated from the bottom plate,and the concrete cracks.The prestressed prefabricated foundation has good bearing capacity and resistance to deformation under the action of design load.
