摘要
金融科技是实现创新驱动发展、推动社会经济高质量发展的重要力量。然而鲜有文献对地区金融科技影响因素的多重互动关系展开研究。鉴于此,以中国31个省份为样本,借助模糊集定性比较分析(fsQCA)方法,基于组态视角探索经济基础、政府行为及技术环境层面三类复杂生态要素对各省域金融科技发展的联动效应及驱动路径。结果表明:非高政府干预程度是金融科技水平得以提升的必要条件,政府干预市场过多可能会成为制约金融科技发展的瓶颈;高金融科技发展水平的路径可概括为技术-经济双轮驱动型、技术市场支撑驱动型、经济-技术-监管协同驱动三种发展模式;非高金融科技发展水平的路径同样有三条,且与高金融科技发展水平的驱动机制存在非对称关系,加快技术市场建设对促进金融科技发展具有普适的作用;无论是高金融科技还是低金融科技水平,都由经济基础、政府行为和技术环境层面因素共同作用,形成驱动金融科技发展水平的多样化组态。
Fintech is an important force for realizing innovation-driven development and promoting high-quality social and economic development.However,few literatures have examined the multiple interactions of the influencing factors of regional fintech.In view of this,taking 31 provinces in China's Mainland as samples and by using the method of fuzzy set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA),the paper explores the linkage effects and driving paths of three complex ecological factors,namely,economic foundation,government behavior and technological environment level,on regional fintech development from configuration perspective.The results show that a non-high level of government intervention is a necessary condition to improve fintech,and too much government intervention in the market may become a bottleneck for the development of fintech.The path to a high level of financial technology development can be summarized into three development models:technology-economy double wheel drive,technology market support drive and economy-technology-regulation synergistic drive.There are also three paths for non-high fintech development level,and it has an asymmetric relationship with the driving mechanism of high fintech development level.Accelerating the construction of the technology market has a universal role in promoting the development of fintech.No matter whether it is high fintech or low fintech level,it is all driven by the economic foundation,government behavior and technology environment level factors which work together to form the multiple configuration in driving the development of fintech.
