农用地变化监测应用场景设计与实现

摘要 为深入研究上海市农用地的历史变化过程,加强土地利用变化监测、基本农田保护以及违法用地查处等方面的应用,本文从农用地业务数据和航空影像两个方面对农用地的变化情况进行监测,设计并实现了农用地变化监测应用场景。针对上海市已有的农用地变更业务系统,本文实时接入了农用地的变化数据,通过地理信息系统(GIS)技术对比分析农用地变化情况,并对多种变化类型进行数据分析与统计;同时,本文还研究了一种基于深度学习的遥感影像变化监测方法,实现对农用地数据变化情况的自动识别,提升人工解译和农用地数据更新的工作效率,为上海市农用地变化信息获取和动态更新提供坚实基础和有力支撑。 In order to further study the historical change process of agricultural land in Shanghai and strengthen land use change monitoring,basic farmland protection,and investigation for illegal land use,this paper monitored the change of agricultural land from two aspects of agricultural land business data and aerial images and designed and realized the application scenario of agricultural land change monitoring.According to the existing agricultural land change business system in Shanghai,this paper introduced the change data of agricultural land in real time,compared the change of agricultural land by geographic information system(GIS)technology,and conducted data analysis and statistics for various types of change.At the same time,this paper also studied a remote sensing image change monitoring method based on deep learning to automatically identify agricultural land data changes,improve the work efficiency of manual interpretation and agricultural land data update,and provide a solid foundation and strong support for the acquisition and dynamic update of agricultural land change information in Shanghai.
