摘要
基于“三支创新团队”理念建设理工科院校教师队伍的经验,从理论与实践相结合的角度,对“三支创新团队”理念提出的原理性依据、基本做法和主要优越性进行了论述。最后得出结论,其是理工科院校进行教师队伍建设的一种行之有效的途径。
The practical experience of building a teaching team based on the concept of“three innovative teams”integrated theories with practice.This article discusses its theoretical basis,basic practices,and main advantages,and concludes that it is a feasible way of constructing teaching teams in colleges of science and engineering.
