Investment Strategy Management Method of Power Supply Grid Based on Time-space Compass

随着城市边界扩张的逐步放缓,配电网的规划建设由新建转变为新建与改造并举,配电网规划设计导则也由供电分区细化到了供电网格。为了满足配电网差异化的规划目标、精细化的管理建设、高效经济的运行发展方向和管理需求,文中从空间约束和时间约束两个纬度、网格建设外部需求度和内部需求度方面制定供电网格的投资管理策略,形成了基于时空罗盘的供电网格投资管理策略。

With the gradual slowdown of urban boundary expansion,the planning and construction of the distribution network has also shifted from new construction to simultaneous construction and renovation.The planning and design guidelines for the distribution network have also been refined from power supply zoning to power supply grids and units.In order to meet the differentiated planning goals,refined management and construction,efficient and economical operation and development direction,as well as management requirements of the distribution network,this paper formulates investment management strategies for power grid and power supply units from two dimensions:spatial and temporal constraints,external and internal demands of grid construction,and forms a power grid investment management strategy based on a spacetime compass.
