核壳结构钛酸钡对CN9021NS复合材料性能的影响

摘要 采用非均相成核法制备了BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)核壳结构填料粒子;将其引入到丙烯酸酯类介电弹性体CN9021NS中,测试了BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS复合材料介电性能和抗击穿性能。结果表明,与BaTiO_(3)/CN9021NS复合材料相比,BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS复合材料介电损耗和抗击穿性能均有较佳表现;在填料粒子同一体积分数下,BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS复合材料介电损耗降低了35%,抗击穿电压提高了33%。 Heterogeneous nucleation method was used to prepare BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3) core-shell filler particles which were added into an acrylic dielectric elastomer CN9021NS.The dielectric properties and break down resistance of BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS composites were tested.The results showed that compared with BaTiO_(3)/CN9021NS composites,the dielectric loss and break down resistance of BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS composites were better.For the same volume fraction of filler particles,the dielectric loss of BaTiO_(3)@Al_(2)O_(3)/CN9021NS composites was reduced by 35%,and the break down resistance voltage was increased by 33%.
