摘要
研究了硫化温度及硫化程度对天然橡胶(NR)/顺丁橡胶(BR)共混胎面胶性能的影响。结果表明,当硫化程度在90%~105%且硫化温度为145℃时,硫化程度对硫化胶60℃下tanδ及耐磨性等的影响较小;当硫化温度为155℃时,硫化程度对硫化胶60℃下tanδ及耐磨性等的影响较大;145℃硫化胶苛刻条件下耐磨性较好,155℃硫化胶一般条件下耐磨性较好;硫化温度为155℃时,硫化程度可控制在95%~100%,其硫化胶60℃下tanδ达到145℃硫化胶同样效果。
The effects of vulcanization temperature and state on the properties of NR/BR blended tread rubber were studied.The results showed that when the vulcanization state was 90%~105% and the vulcanization temperature was 145℃,the vulcanization state had little effect on tanδand wear resistance of vulcanized rubber at 60℃.When the vulcanization temperature was 155℃,the state of vulcanization had a greater effect on tanδ and wear resistance of vulcanized rubber at 60℃.At 145℃ vulcanized rubber had good wear resistance under harsh conditions,and at 155℃vulcanized rubber had good wear resistance under normol conditions.When the vulcanization temperature was 155℃,the state of vulcanization could be controlled at 95%~100%,and the vulcanized rubber at 60℃ could reach the same level with 145℃vulcanized rubber.
