摘要 探讨了带骨架橡胶密封件冷流道注射模具的设计和应用。结果表明,通过优化模具结构和制造工艺,减小了生产过程中橡胶流动能量损失;通过合理设计模具撕边槽和注射孔,改善了橡胶件外观质量和内部致密性;采用冷流道注射模具,可显著提高橡胶件生产效率和产品质量。 The design and application of cold runner injection molds for reinforced rubber seals were discussed.The results showed that by optimizing the mold structure and manufacturing process,the loss of rubber flow energy in the production process was reduced.By reasonably designing the mold tearing groove and injection hole,the appearance quality and internal compactness of rubber seals were improved.The use of cold runner injection mold could significantly improve the production efficiency and product quality of rubber seals.
