桥梁墩柱预制与安装技术

摘要 城市道路在城市化进程中,常常无法适应平交路口数量增加、车流量增大等变化。立体化改扩建可从根源提升通行效率,改善交通状况。在城市高架桥建设中,墩柱施工常采用翻模法、爬模法等传统方法,需要在现场搭设支架与模板,并完成钢筋绑扎与混凝土浇筑,在城市建设中弊端明显,施工效率有限。以新型预制工艺为支撑,以先进吊装工艺为保障,以构件连接技术为突破,形成了涵盖墩柱、盖梁与桥跨结构预制的全预制桥梁技术,为城市桥梁建设开辟了新的途径。 During the process of urbanization,urban roads often fail to adapt to the challenge,such as the increasing quantity of level crossings and traffic flow.Interchange can improve traffic efficiency and traffic condition at its source.In the construction of urban viaduct,traditional methods such as overturning formwork and climbing formwork are often adopted in the construction of piers and columns,which require the erection of supports and formwork on site,and the completion of reinforcement binding and concrete pouring.The disadvantages are obvious in urban construction and the construction efficiency is limited.A new type of prefabrication technology supported by advanced hoisting technology is available,making a breakthrough in component connection technology.Technology of bridge prefabrication including piers,bent cap and span structures has been formed,providing a new way for urban bridge construction.
